Our numbers run on the exact code our checkout uses. Competitor figure is an estimate from pricing published at jerseywatch.com as of June 2026 and assumes every registration is paid online in a single transaction; confirm current rates with the vendor. Lower price points or very small rosters can favor a subscription model — that's the point of showing the math.

You decide who pays the fee
Families pay it (default)
The fee is added at checkout and shown clearly before payment. Your organization receives 100% of your price.
Example: $50 registration → family pays $56, you receive $50.
Your org absorbs it
Families pay exactly your listed price; the fee comes out of your payout. Popular with parks programs and scholarship-sensitive leagues.
Example: $50 registration → family pays $50, you receive $44.
Pricing questions, answered straight
Is card processing really included?
Yes. Stripe processes every payment, and we pay Stripe’s processing cost out of our fee. Other platforms typically charge their fee plus ~2.9% + 30¢ processing — here the platform fee is the entire cost.
Who pays the fee — families or the organization?
Your choice, configurable per organization. By default the fee is added at checkout and displayed to the family before they pay; you can switch to absorbing it so families pay exactly your listed price.
Are there contracts, minimums, or setup fees?
No annual contract, no monthly minimum, no setup fee. If you stop running seasons, you owe nothing. Your data (rosters, registrations, payment records) is exportable.
What about free registrations and free events?
Free is free — the fee only applies when money is actually collected. Free forms, free camps, volunteer signups, and your league website cost nothing.
Do you offer discounts for clubs, multi-league organizations, or non-profits?
